Explore Spring’s stages in gong sound meditation - Refuge. Germination. Emergence.Gently ease into inner calm with soothing gongs, bowls, and more. A perfect end-of-week unwind. Wear “cozy”. Journals welcomed. Chairs, mats & blankets available.

About Stephanie Wood – Sonic Creations
Stephanie Wood is a sound artist, educator, and trauma-informed wellness practitioner. Her sonic work spans acoustic and electroacoustic forms, creating immersive soundscapes centered on deep listening, creativity, and connection. She is often collaborating with and learning from diverse expressive artists, sound theologists, and wellness/spiritual practitioners. Collaborations range from ambient to noise, often incorporating gongs and DIY instruments, sound FX, and found objects. Collaborations include Bhakti Studio, DAPIANbutoh Collective, Art Thuja, Gallery 1412, and more.You can also find her playing huge gongs with local goth group Society of the Silver Cross. She previously played in Denver’s avant garde ensemble Itchy-O, opening for artists including David Byrne, Beats Antique, and DEVO. Her current sound lab workshops weave collective improvisation, graphic notation - and silence - with gongs, found objects, FX, and more. Both Sonic Creations and Seattle Avant Garde Music Society are her creative personal platforms.
