Experience Craniosacral Therapy Day: Dublin

March is Craniosacral Awareness Month, and to celebrate, we’re bringing Craniosacral Therapy to life with a series of experience days taking place across Cork, Galway, Laois, and Dublin.

Join us for a relaxed, hands-on Experience Craniosacral Therapy Day in Dublin, where you’ll have the opportunity to receive a short one-to-one session with a qualified practitioner and discover how gentle, whole-body work can support the nervous system, reduce tension, and invite a sense of ease back into the body.

Whether you’re completely new to craniosacral therapy or simply curious to experience it again, this day offers a safe, welcoming introduction. All sessions are charged at a minimum cost to you and delivered by fully qualified members of CranioSacral Ireland, in a calm, supportive setting.

Come as you are. Leave a little more settled.

***Please note that all sessions in Dublin take place in a shared, group-style room with four treatment beds. There will be background noise and other people present. There may also be children at the event. While this won’t affect your treatment, it may affect your ability to relax. If you are sensitive to sound or need a very quiet space to relax, this experience may not be suitable for you.***
