This course consists of 6 weekly sessions: 6 x course sessions , starting on Wednesday 18th February 1.30pm-4pm(2.5 hours)

Additional Supports

Participants receive a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book and participant's handouts at the first session.
