About this Event
Join us for a Sacred Year-End Ritual
As the year comes to a close, take time to reflect on your most joyful, challenging, uplifting, and meaningful moments. This guided ritual invites you to honour and release the experiences of 2024 and create space for all that 2025 holds. Together, in a sacred community, we will explore what we wish to carry forward and what we choose to leave behind.
Supported by the heart-opening energy of Mama Cacao, we'll gently explore emotions such as joy, abundance, grief, trust, love, and self-acceptance. As human beings, we continually navigate cycles of death and rebirth, of letting go and embracing new beginnings. Rituals are essential in helping us make these transitions, providing grounding and intention as we step into new chapters of life.
Through a blend of sacred cacao, embodied movement, self-inquiry, compassionate awareness, sound healing, sharing circles, and the power of community, this ceremony is designed to help you integrate the lessons of the past year. By doing so, you create space within yourself for the possibilities awaiting you in 2025.

About the Facilitators
Jade is a multi-disciplined space holder & therapist - connection, vulnerability & empowerment are her most profound inspirations.
It is her passion to help people create deeper connections with themselves and others through different healing modalities such as yoga, somatic bodywork, movement & dance practices, non-violent communication, cacao ceremonies and circles. She shares her work in Retreat Centers, Communities, Festivals & Studios all over the world.
Cacao holds a special place in her heart. It has been a profound teacher and sacred ally in her spiritual practices and daily rituals. Her journey with cacao deepened during her time in Guatemala‘s cacao jungle which enriched her understanding of the entire process, from seed to ceremony.
Over the last years, she have experienced how deeply nourishing and transformative gathering in intentional settings for healing practices can be. To have a safe container to speak our truths, show up as ourselves, learn from each other, support each other and grow. Everything we do to heal is medicine and my passion is to share the practices that helped and empowered me.
As a facilitator and therapist, her intention is to create a magical field and safe setting filled with love and compassion, being present and holding space from the depths of my heart.
