The 4 elements are the primal forces of nature — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — each of which serves as the foundation of all life while also carrying unique wisdom for personal insight, growth, and healing.
This sound journey, held in a space supported by subtle energetic forces, supports your whole system in realigning your body, mind, and spirit in harmonious balance.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Energetic Cleansing and Grounding
An energetic cleansing with the smoke if white sage will help clear stagnant energy and support your readiness. Gentle breathwork and grounding exercises will bring you fully into the present moment.
Guided Sound Journey
EARTH – Stability, Nourishment & Home
This element provides the ground beneath our feet, the food we eat, the remedies that heal us, and the materials that build our homes and bodies.
WATER – Flowing, Growing & Thriving
This element in its many forms symbolizes fertility. Without water, there is no life.
AIR – Breath, Creativity & Freedom
Air is the breath of life, the currents that carry spirit messages, and the spark of creativity. It invites us to find our true voice, speak our truth, and embrace spontaneity.
FIRE – Transformation, Passion & Purification
Fire is the sacred flame of transformation, the spark of passion, and the purifier of spirit. Through its crackling energy, it burns away what no longer serves us and lights the way to renewal.
Integration and Reflection
Returning gently, you’ll have space to reflect and – if desired – share your experience. We close with a cup of tea and time for further integration.

Nike is an experienced energetic facilitator, sound therapist, and coach specializing in self-discovery, personal growth and reorientation. She uses instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and the drum to guide deep inner experiences. Her approach is intuitive and grounded – gently supporting others on their journey toward clarity and connection.
