About this Event

With the support of long-held, floor-based postures, the body gradually opens, accessing the deeper layers of fascia and energy pathways.

We allow gravity to guide the process. This subtle work calms the nervous system, nurtures stillness, and encourages quiet reflection. It's an opportunity to release tension from both body and mind, and to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

The class is led in English and is beginner-friendly.

The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.

Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.
