Mothering the Mother Retreat Day

Over the past 1.5 years, we each moved once more through that intense terrain of postpartum — wild and beautiful, exhausting and illuminating, lonely and transformative. Coming back from that threshold, we felt a clear call: to revive Mothering the mother in a new and refined version.
We’ve had the joy of hosting this retreat four times before stepping again into motherhood of three. Each gathering taught us something. And through our most recent postpartum experiences, a shared desire grew within us — to make this space into an even more nourishing sanctuary for mothers.
Our wish is that you leave this day held, rested, fed, softened, and seen.That’s why we’ve updated our concept:
In the new Mothering the mother, you are invited to bring a female companion, someone you trust who can lovingly care for your baby when you need extra hands, so that you can fully settle into rest. Your companion is also invited to enjoy the food, sauna, and community whenever her support is not needed.
If you don’t have someone to bring, that’s absolutely fine! We have wonderful doulas who will gladly hold your baby from time to time, giving you the space to focus on what you came for — yourself.
To make sure the atmosphere remains calm and intimate, we’re limiting participation to a maximum of 10 mothers (companions not included).
