An immersive experience connecting energy work, neuroscience and the psychology of dream analysis.

Get in touch with your dream world through a series of facilitated sharings to discover the underlying messages from you subconscious. Open the door for the stream of the subliminal mind to enter your conscious awareness in an intimate interpersonal space.

Once the bridge is established, you will be led to a dreamlike state through specially conducted music and energy work, while being fully conscious, enhancing the brain function and leading to experiences involving multiple senses.

This heightened awareness helps reconnect the mind and body, establishing a non dual flow state and self-healing. This process helps restore the natural flow of energy in the body, particularly where it has become blocked.

Additionally skilled and ethical touch is used to help reset the nervous system.

Structure

1. Intro in big group (20 mins)

2. 2x sharing in pairs 3 mins + feedback 3 mins (25 minutes)

3. Intro to energy transmission and grounding meditation (20 mins)

4. Energy transmission (90 minutes)

5. Break to come down (10 minutes)

6. Sharing in pairs 3 mins + 3 mins (6 minutes)

7. Closing circle sharing (10-20 minutes)
