This class is part of our Summer at CSS kids' program — designed for kids and young adults looking to gain real knowledge, confidence, and freedom in the kitchen. Summer At CSS: June Series - Week 3! This class is a hands-on dough class built for kids and young teens. Young chefs will hand-roll fresh pasta, stretch their own mini pizza doughs, and assemble homemade cannoli — taking home the dough skills that anchor Italian cooking. We'll make a Spaghetti Bowl with hand-rolled pasta and a quick tomato-basil sauce, Mini Individual Pizzas with stretched dough and build-your-own toppings baked hot, and Cannoli filled with vanilla whipped mascarpone. Along the way they'll pick up safe knife handling, dough technique, and the basics of Italian flavors — all under the guidance of our expert chef. All ingredients, equipment, aprons, and instruction are included.
