Think keto means boring? Think again. In this hands-on class, we're proving that low-carb cooking can be every bit as vibrant, satisfying, and indulgent as anything on a traditional menu. We'll kick things off with a zucchini noodle salad loaded with colorful early summer vegetables and tossed in a bold, full-flavored Italian dressing. Next, we'll build a stunning cauliflower and fresh basil "risotto" — creamy, fragrant, and the perfect bed for plump, sizzling Gulf shrimp. And because no great meal ends without dessert, we'll finish with a silky avocado and dark chocolate mousse crowned with fresh raspberries. Three courses, zero guilt, and a whole lot of "wait, this is keto?" — come hungry and leave inspired.
