Summer At CSS: June Series - Week 2! Summer at CSS rolls into Week 2 with a hands-on skewer class built for kids. Young chefs will marinate, thread, and grill three classic skewers — Teriyaki Chicken with sauce made from scratch in class, Beef & Scallion with a simple sweet and savory glaze, and Rainbow Veggie Skewers with zucchini, bell pepper, and pineapple, finished with sea salt and a roasted pineapple sauce. Along the way they'll pick up real kitchen skills — safe knife handling, marinade basics, and grill technique — all under the guidance of our expert chef. All ingredients, equipment, aprons, and instruction are included. Just bring your appetite.

What We're Making
