How will the evening work?
✅ You will be welcomed with Herbal tea.
✅ After some focused breath-work, Stephen will use a mix of Tibetan & crystal sound bowls & to bring you into a deep state of meditation.
✅ From here he will use the space created to take you on a journey of self-discovery.
