Time for relaxation, restoration and reconnection to self this November.Bathing in therapeutic sound waves promotes a gentle re-tuning on all levels, and can help guide us back towards a more relaxed and peaceful state of being. The collective energy of a group setting amplifies and enhances these effects, creating a powerful shared experience.
Our small group sessions are offered in a welcoming space with beautiful acoustics. Each session is unique and created with care by weaving the healing frequencies of our sound healing instruments with the current seasonal energies to deliver a deeply therapeutic sound experience. Our November sound bath will be a soothing candle lit session, with beautiful bees wax candles.
Our sound baths include a guided relaxation or journey followed by a blend of Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, frame drum, and crystal bowls. Periods of silence in between instruments are also included to allow you time and space to integrate your experiences.
