Wellness Wednesday April

Wellness Wednesdays are a monthly wellness experience created exclusively for yacht captains and crew, held every second Wednesday of the month. The Wellness Lounge is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering an easy, drop-in opportunity to reset with complimentary B12 shots, discounted IV nutrition therapy, and crew-focused medical guidance — no appointments, no pressure. The day concludes with a restorative yoga class from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, designed to help crew unwind, stretch, and recharge in a calm, supportive environment.
