Chair Yoga for Everyone!

Welcome to our monthly chair yoga class, where we take a yoga script we'd use in any other class, and turn it into a chair flow.
The goal of this is to show that any class flow can be converted into a chair class! This is a no floor practice, where we use chairs as our home base, and as our support.
Intensity Level: Gentle
Theme: Gentle, Chair, Accessible
Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors
Cost: $20
Sensory Notes: This space uses fluorescent lighting. The chairs have a firm seat, so feel free to add a cushion or extra blanket there to make your practice more comfy.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using, and dress for comfort.
Parking: Parking is free behind Artsbridge, for our class.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂 We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
