Excited to welcome the Winter Solstice with a gentle yoga class, and walking the labyrinth!
PLEASE NOTE: This is a Monday afternoon class, due to the Solstice timing and sunset/dusk time.
Since the Solstice arrives at 3:50, I'll be arriving at around 3:00 to set up. Please feel free to join me, and walk the labyrinth before class if you'd like (while the sun is still out). I'll also be staying until around 5:30, when darkness falls.
Intensity Level: Gentle
Theme: Gentle, Winter Solstice
Indoors/Outdoors: Outdoors
Cost: $Donation-Based/Community Class
Sensory Notes: This will be an outdoor class on the first day of winter. It will probably be cold.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may enjoy using, and dress for comfort, with layers for warmth. Parking: Parking is plentiful and free, right next to the labyrinth (in the church parking lot). If the weather is very harsh, we might cancel. If class is canceled, a credit will be given.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be in them. 🙂 We do not offer refunds to credits for classes if you cancel, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
