Slow-ga + Witch Balls (Make and Take)
Make your own decorative witch/spell ball in a Holiday ornament, and do some magical yoga at the Parkersburg Art Center!
Not quite as slow as a restorative yoga class, "Slow-ga" slowwws down the pace of our practice and allows us to settle our minds a bit. With slow-ga, the poses are a bit more engaged than with restful restorative poses. But each pose would be rested into for a maximum of 5 minutes (normally not even that long).
Intensity Level: Gentle
Theme: Gentle yoga, slow, magical make and take
Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors
Cost: $30
Sensory Notes: Please dress for comfort, and let us know if you have any sensitivities to any herbs, oils and/or plants. We may also be using a hot glue gun.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other yoga props you may have and enjoy using.
Parking: Parking is free on Market Street at night (during class hours).
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂 We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
