In Victorian Times, the Holidays were full of ghost stories and tales of spirits. Let's meet up, have a grounding yoga practice, and celebrate the Holidays like the Victorian folks did-with ghostly happenings!
The Downtown PKB building (also known as the Henry Logan House) is also the longest standing Civil War hospital in the entire state...and it has stories to tell!
Ghost hunting equipment will be available after class, while we have exclusive access to the property after hours.
Intensity Level: Gentle yoga, variable intensity ghost hunt
Theme: Ghosts, Grounding
Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors
Cost: $25
Sensory Notes: Please dress for comfort, and consider wearing layers.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using. If you have your own ghost hunting gear, please bring that, too!
Parking: Parking is free on the streets and in metered lots on Saturdays.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂 We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class. Thank you for understanding.
