True Crime Restorative is back!
This time we'll cozy into Oakland Estate, and listen to our favorite stories together.
Restorative yoga is a slow, very gentle and restful practice that allows the body to recover from stress. While poses are often relaxed into for 10-15 minutes each, you're always encouraged and welcome to do your practice at your own pace.
Intensity Level: Gentle
Theme: True Crime, Restorative
Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors
Cost: $20
Sensory Notes: Please dress comfortably. The floors at Oakland are hard wood.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using (including a sleep mask). PLEASE bring a very sturdy couch cushion, double-stuffed pillowcase, or yoga bolster.
Parking: Parking is free, and available at The Historic Oakland Estate, at the top of the gravel drive. It's marked by two brick columns, painted with small WVU logos on the sides.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂 We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
