Restorative AIReal Yin Yoga at The Wellness Loft

Slow down, soften, and let yourself be held. In this gentle, floor-based practice, the hammocks are lowered close to the ground and used as supportive props, cradling the body as you settle into long, restful holds. Some poses are practiced on the mat with the hammock offering support, while others invite you to rest fully inside the hammock. Blankets, bolsters, and blocks are incorporated throughout so you can find comfort and ease in each position.
This practice is an invitation to let go of the need to do and simply allow yourself to be. With the body fully supported, you can settle into stillness, quiet the mind, and create space for deep rest. Expect slow, mindful transitions, gentle breathing, and plenty of time to rest.
No AIReal Yoga or previous yoga experience is needed. This class is ideal for anyone feeling stressed, depleted, or simply in need of some nurturing. It's also a beautiful complement to a more active yoga practice.
Saturday, December 12th. 4–5:30pm. $25. Space is limited to 7 participants. Registration is required.
