Looking for options to fund that next capital project? Whether the business is considering purchasing the new machinery or digital software solution to improve your manufacturing process this event could help you to make that decision.

The event is aimed at businesses in the manufacturing sectors who are considering larger scale investment plan. The event is designed to help your along to enjoy the benefits of digital technology in raising productivity level, reduce labour cost or to simply keep one step ahead of your competition.

This drop in / pop in event has been planned to create one to one session with specialists working in grants and loans who could advise and support your investment plan. With it be a drop in this will allow you to select a time slot which best fits your business schedule. The specialist can walk you through the process and help to overcome the hurdles in the paperwork and what information you need to gather. The focus would be exploring capital project greater that £15K.

This event is aimed at attracting directors or senior staff from manufacturing business in the Hull and East Yorkshire area. Offing delegates free advice and information sharing – on a one-to-one business specific session of 20mins

The event will be held on Tuesday 7th July 2026 at The Aura Innovation Centre kicking off at 9:30am until 14:30pm

The event has limited places to ensure business can enjoy quality time with the support agencies.

We ask that non-manufacturers business to contact us separately for support as we are only making space available for manufacturing businesses at this event.

The Individual one to one session would have the following purpose walking through the application.

  • Eligibility of the project (what can / cannot be funded)
  • Providing sample of the application paperwork need to complete expression of interest / full application forms.
  • What would the grant / loan panels would be seeking information on (project / the business history / financial data needed / quotation and match funding from the business / due diligence)
  • What to avoid / what would be important to ensure is included within the application.
