Sound Bath at Hull Minster

Join me for a special sound bath at Hull Minster.

Hull Minster is an incredible setting for a sound bath. Alongside the beautiful acoustics of the space, it’s also somewhere that was created with quiet reflection in mind. A sanctuary in the truest sense of the word. Somewhere to pause, slow down and step away from the pace and noise of everyday life for a while.

During the session you’ll be immersed in sound from a range of instruments including drum, crystal bowls and chimes designed to encourage deep rest and relaxation, helping to ease stress, calm the mind and release tension held in the body.

The scale and resonance of the Minster creates a uniquely immersive experience, allowing the sound to fully fill the space and surround you.

No experience is needed and everything is designed to be accessible and welcoming.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and anything you need to ensure your comfort, such as blankets and pillows.
