Annual Memorial Day Beach Yoga : a favorite for all since 2008

Join us for a class that uplifts your spirits through mindful practices, featuring Yoga Warrior poses that foster strength and gratitude. Enjoy soulful 🎶 music that guides you gracefully as you observe the morning sun shimmering over the sea. 🌅

This session concludes with deep relaxation and 🧘‍♀️✨ meditation, offering reflections and blessings in honor of fallen service members. Absorb the calming vibes of the ocean 🌊 and sound healing tool to nurture inner peace and remembrance. 🕊️

Additionally, you'll receive a refreshing, icy-cold aromatherapy hand towel to cool down and rejuvenate, along with an inspirational take-home card to brighten your day. 🌸🧘‍♀️✨

This experience is welcoming to practitioners of all levels, including beginners. The teacher will demonstrate poses and provide variations to ensure everyone can enjoy the practice. This is a judgment-free healing space, so feel free to skip any poses that do not resonate with you.

⚠️ HOW TO PREPARE:

Set against the backdrop of a stunning, expansive beach area with a relaxed atmosphere, arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in with the teacher and soak in the beauty of your surroundings before we begin. Immerse yourself in the benefits of this nature-based practice and take a healing dip in the ocean after class. ❗ (*Additional information to prepare is below.)

🎒WHAT TO BRING? :

BYO large beach towel or blanket for wider coverage over sand to practice on. (*No Yoga mat needed. It can flip or get hot from the sun). A bag to keep all your items from getting lost in the sand. Bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen. There are shops & ATM at NE 9th Street
