Humans are by nature, social creatures.

We make meaning, we derive happiness, and we meet needs of belonging in the relationships we have with others.

But the question of human relating rests not so much in the QUANTITY of our relationships, but in the QUALITY.

Authentic Relating is an emerging social technology that can radically improve the quality of our human relating. The best part… the skills and practises are taught in fun social games.

You are in for a night of profound connection, deep and meaningful human interactions, heart-warming sharings, and a whole lot of fun and games.

What’s involved:

Games will be played in the whole group, in small groups, and in partners.

Games are simple and structured and aim to support feelings of intimacy and closeness with other humans.

They include things like answering questions, sentence stems, cultivating curiosity, being in presence. You will be expertly lead through each game step by step.

As much as possible, this event aims to create safety to express your true self. All games are optional and will be throughly explained beforehand so you are able to decide whether they are right for you. You will be invited to go to your edge, but not beyond.

Authentic Relating Games cultivate personal presence and support us to become our most authentic selves while building, staying in, and deepening connection to others.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Sophia is passionate about “humaning” and bringing more humanness to humans everywhere. She sees it as a process of becoming more whole, of uncovering and embracing more of ourselves.

She also adores play. And so Authentic Relating, which beautifully marries these two things, captured her heart 3 years ago.

She is currently completing Level 4 as an Authentic Relating Facilitator with Authentic Relating International.

She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology and runs a business called Authentikora, which aims to raise human consciousness through authentic connection. Follow her on instagram.
