About this Event

In this all level class we will explore poses and information focused on balancing the Crown Chakra. This energy center is considered to be the chakra and  is associated with your spiritual consciousness and awakening. A balanced crown chakra allows you to feel a sense of peace, purpose and connectedness with all things and beings in the universe. No experience necessary -great for all levels.
