About this Event
If you often second-guess yourself, struggle with self-doubt, or find it hard to recognise your own strengths, this small, supportive group is designed for you.
Over two empowering days, you’ll learn how to break free from unhelpful self-criticism, build genuine self-belief, and take confident action in the areas of life that matter most to you — whether that’s work, relationships, boundaries, or personal goals.
In a small and intimate group of women, you’ll benefit from shared experiences, guided reflection, practical tools, and encouragement in a safe and supportive space.
Course outcomes
- A clearer understanding of how low self-esteem develops
- Insight into the patterns that keep self-doubt going
- Understanding of unhelpful behaviour in relationships (people pleasing, difficulty saying no, lack of boundaries, fear of letting people down and always putting other people's needs first)
- Practical strategies to quiet your inner critic
- Experiential exercises to challenge self-critical thoughts
- Greater self-compassion and resilience

Day 1: Saturday 9th May, 10 am till 2 pm
Day 2: Saturday 23rd May, 10 am till 2 pm
Practical Details
- Delivered over 2 days, 8 hours in total
- Includes two optional check-in group calls via Zoom to offer additional support
- Small, in-person group held in Petersfield, Hampshire
- Tea, coffee and snacks are included
- Free parking

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start.

Explore what low self-esteem really is, how it develops, and how it may be showing up in your life.
What Keeps our Inner Critic Alive
Identify the thinking patterns and behaviours that maintain low self-worth — and begin interrupting them.
Mapping Your Low Self-Esteem
Understand your personal triggers, emotional responses, and coping strategies so you can start making conscious changes.
