Discover the beautiful craft of stained glass in this hands-on Stained Glass Cactus Workshop, perfect for beginners who want to try something a little different.During this creative session, you’ll learn the traditional techniques used in stained glass making as you create your own decorative cactus. Your tutor will guide you step-by-step through cutting and shaping glass, smoothing the edges, applying copper foil, and using soldering tools to assemble your design. You’ll then clean and polish your finished piece so it’s ready to display.
To complete your creation, you’ll also paint a terracotta pot, giving you the chance to add colour and personality that perfectly complements your glass cactus.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a unique handcrafted stained glass cactus displayed in your own painted pot. A striking piece of art that will brighten any shelf or windowsill.
