Take time to focus on your health and wellbeing with an indoor pilates session at the country parkWe are excited to be expanding our health and wellbeing offer by bringing you a free pilates class to complement our Sunday yoga sessions.
Sophie will be leading this class in the Visitor Centre, providing a wonderful start to your Saturday, whether you are new to pilates or already practice regularly. Everyone is welcome to experience the benefits of pilates in a cosy indoor setting.
What you need to know:
Pilates in the Park will be taking place in the Visitor Centre.
All are welcome; regardless of age, background or ability.
The session is free to attend, however spaces are limited due to the size of the room so please book your space via the link.
Please bring water, your own exercise mat and wear comfortable clothes.
Parking charges apply at all times.
