Join us for an outdoor practice of Surya Namaskar :)
The traditional Hatha Sun Salutation ,a sequence of 12 postures that flow with the breath, creating warmth in our bodies and becoming a devotional practice,awakening our inner sun.

The outer sun is seen as a symbol of the inner sun of consciousness. Let us use this practice as a form of gratitude, recognizing that the Divine light shines within.

You are invited to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and listen deeply to your body, mind, and soul.
