$49 Italian Summer Cooking Class: Seafood & Pasta
About this Event
Summer cooking should feel like a celebration — and that is exactly what this class is. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to make fresh pasta dough from scratch before pan-roasting a beautiful Icelandic cod loin and finishing it in a rich, slow-cooked peperonata sauce that smells as good as it tastes. We will then toss that same fresh linguini in a nutty brown butter with blistered grape tomatoes — simple, elegant, and dangerously delicious. To close out the evening, we let summer do the talking with macerated strawberries layered over a buttery shortcake and crowned with a smooth espresso cream. Fresh pasta, beautiful seafood, and food that genuinely tastes like summer.
