🪷This class begins with a gentle, mindful yoga flow designed to relax the body and settle the nervous system. Moving slowly through supportive poses helps release tension, open the body through energetic pathways, and create a sense of ease, preparing you to fully receive the healing benefits of sound.
🧘The 45 min gentle flow is accessible and supportive, while inviting ease. Each posture helps unwind stored stress so that when the body comes to rest, it is more open to the deeper layers of healing.
🤍After the movement, you’ll settle into stillness for a 30 minute sound bath meditation. As you rest in savasana, healing vibrations wash over you, allowing the work done in the yoga practice to integrate on a cellular level. Sound moves where words cannot, supporting balance, release, and deep restoration.
