Free, community yoga in the Dock of The Ashton at Millwork Commons. Taught regularly by Larissa Schultz and Matt Geiseman on the first Tuesday of each month, a certified yoga instructor from Lotus House of Yoga! Simply bring a mat, a water bottle, and show up to enjoy flowing movement with community.
