Moonlight & Nourishment: A One Day Yoga WorkshopSaturday May 16th 10am-4pm
This immersive one day workshop explores how to design and guide deeply nourishing, moon themed yoga experiences that support rest, reflection, and renewal.
Rooted in lunar symbolism and cyclical wisdom, this training blends gentle movement, breath, sound, scent, and story to help you create sessions that feel grounded, intuitive, and restorative.
Together we will explore how moon energy can inform the pacing, tone, and intention of your classes and workshops.
You will learn practical tools you can immediately apply to your teaching, whether you offer yoga, mindfulness, or holistic wellness sessions.
We will explore:
• The meaning and qualities of the moon cycles and how to theme sessions around new and full phases
• Nourishing moon based breath practices to regulate the nervous system and invite inward awareness
• Gentle, restorative, and reflective movement patterns
• An introduction to sound healing instruments including bowls, chimes, and simple tonal tools, with guidance on when and how to use them
• How to thoughtfully create supportive playlists that match lunar themes and class arc
• Foundations of aromatherapy for yoga spaces, including calming and grounding scent profiles and safe use basics
• How to design moon themed class journeys from opening intention through final rest
• An introduction to Goddess archetypes connected to lunar energy and how to weave myth and symbolism into your offerings
• Reflective prompts and ritual elements that support emotional and energetic nourishment
Participants will leave with creative frameworks for building their own moon inspired classes and workshops, plus experiential practice throughout the day.
Ideal for yoga teachers, wellness facilitators, and space holders who want to expand their nourishing and restorative offerings.
Regarding Sound Instruments: You are not required to bring an instrument, as I will have some to show and share. if you have sound instruments, please bring them! If you don't have anything yet, my best recommendation for getting started are Tingsha bells ($15-25) and secondly a Tibetan (metal) bowl ($20-$200 and up).
Investment:
$125 early bird pricing through April 1st
$150 regular pricing after April 1st
