Yoga, Relaxation & Sound Event - Repton, Derby

This is an afternoon all about escaping the outside world - taking some time for you. Breathing, stretching, releasing physical and mental tension.
We'll start with an hour's super slow gentle yoga session where there'll be time for me to come round doing mini aromatherapy neck massages (if you want).
We'll then do a 30 minute deep guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) also known as Yoga sleep.
Finally we'll finish the session with an hour's sound bath. All you have to do is lie in comfort and allow the sound vibrations to flood your body. This experience will allow you to enter a deep, meditative, dreamlike state, when this state is reached our body has the ability to heal itself.
People often find they have a deeper sound journey after a bit of movement and the guided deep relaxation.
Everyone is welcome to this session - no yoga experience is necessary. Wear confortable clothing, and bring anything that will help you to be super comfy such as cushions, eye masks, blankets as we will be laying on the floor for the duration of the sound bath. Also bring water and a yoga mat.

Sound baths are NOT recommended for the following health conditions, and by booking on to the event you are confirming that YOU DO NOT HAVE any of the following -
- A Pacemaker or metal in any major organs
- Hearing conditions including Tinnitus
- Bone Fractures in the last 3 months
- PTSD
- Epilepsy or a history of seizures
- Pregnancy
PLEASE NOTE the session will start bang on 3:00pm. If you arrive after that time, the door will be locked and you will not be allowed entry to the session as it is disturbing for everyone already being guided into a short meditation. There is a no refund or exchange policy unless the event has is cancelled.
