This unique session combines the soothing support of aerial hammocks with the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and other therapeutic instruments. Suspended in soft silks, you’ll be invited into a deeply meditative state as sound waves gently realign your energy and calm the nervous system.

While sound healing is safe and beneficial for most people, it may not be suitable for:

• Those in the first trimester of pregnancy

• Anyone experiencing acute mental health crises
