Join Ash for four uplifting Saturday morning gatherings that have already become a source of profound transformation for so many who attend.  These sessions aren’t just a fulfilling start to the weekend, they are part of a growing community of like-minded people, many of whom arrive at a turning point in their lives, ready for deeper insight, connection, and personal awakening. Each gathering blends meaningful discussion with a bespoke guided meditation, creating a warm, supportive environment where people feel safe to open, reflect, and reconnect with who they truly are.

Across the series, we’ll explore four powerful themes:

1. Understanding Self – Who are we beneath our roles, stories and identities?
2. Exploring Ego – Noticing the masks we wear and how loosening the ego’s grip brings freedom.
3. Release to Receive – How letting go of attachments creates space for growth, flow and new possibilities.
4. Cruel or Kind? The Law of Karma – A grounded look at cause and effect, and how karma influences our everyday choices.

Each 1.5-hour session offers: 

• Insightful group discussion 
• A guided meditation to translate concepts into lived experience 
• Space for honest reflection and shared wisdom 
• Practical tools you can integrate into daily life

Ash is a Reiki Master, meditation and spiritual teacher, sound practitioner, and spiritual counsellor. Having explored many different spiritual paths over the years, Ash brings together a rich blend of traditions and practices in a way that is accessible, down-to-earth, and deeply supportive.

Rather than focusing on titles, Ash’s approach is about creating a safe and nurturing space where others can reconnect with their own truth, peace, and healing potential.
