Derby Women’s Circle

Derby Women’s Circle is a cosy, welcoming space where women come together to rest, reconnect, and be themselves.

Our circles offer a gentle mix of conversation, reflection, guided meditation, and the simple joy of sharing space with others. You don’t need any prior experience or knowledge — just a willingness to show up and be part of a supportive community.

Each gathering is a little different, but you can expect:
🌿 A warm, inclusive environment (we are proudly LGBT+ inclusive).
🍵 Herbal tea and space to unwind.
🌕 Guided meditation and grounding practice (please bring a yoga mat as you'll be invited to lie down for a body scan meditation).
💬 Opportunities to reflect, connect, and share.
🌱Our circles are inspired by the rhythms of nature and we will meet on the day of the spring equinox.

We find ourselves shedding winter layers, opening our windows wide, and welcoming the return of sunlight. These quiet moments invite us to remember that we, too, move in cycles—shifting, softening, and awakening alongside nature. As the days grow longer and the earth stirs from rest, the Spring Equinox offers a sacred pause: a time to honor balance, reflection, and renewal.
