Ready to turn simple tea into a delicious, gut-loving drink?
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn exactly how to brew your own kombucha at home – from creating your first ferment to exploring endless flavour combinations. If you’ve been buying kombucha from the supermarket or from artisan makers, you’ll know it can be pretty pricey… but once you know how to make your own, you’ll have a continuous supply of fresh, fizzy kombucha for pennies.
We’ll talk about why this fermented drink is so beneficial for gut health, how it supports your microbiome, and why your digestion (and taste buds!) might just thank you for adding it to your routine.
We’ll be gathering at the beautiful Hannah Fields garden, tucked up warm in a cosy cabin with a crackling log fire – the perfect place to slow down, learn something new, and enjoy something delicious. You’ll leave with everything you need to get started, including your own SCOBY, plus the confidence to brew batch after batch at home.
