Vinyasa Flow: This class incorporates the rhythmic parts of vinyasa flow, linking our breath and movement with moments of stillness. Postures will build strength and flexibility and cultivate stillness in your body and mind. All levels welcome, the instructor will provide support for individuals new to yoga and the more experienced yogi.
