Join Amanda and Kristen for a relaxing afternoon of yoga nidra, mindfulness, sound healing, relaxation and community connection.
YOGA NIDRA WITH SOUND HEALING WORKSHOP
with Co-Hosts Kristen Rubis and Amanda Lux
Join us for a soothing workshop that blends sound healing and yoga nidra guided meditation for a deeply relaxing experience. This is your chance to slow down and reconnect with your mind and body, finding the rest and relaxation you deserve.
We'll start with gentle, restorative yoga poses accompanied by sound healing to ease physical tension and ground you for the guided meditation. Next, you'll experience yoga nidra, where we’ll guide you through releasing tension and visualizing peace. Finally, immerse yourself in a sound bath filled with the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle instruments.
Come as you are and allow yourself to unwind!

Everyone is welcome—no yoga or meditation experience needed! Since we'll be lying on the floor for a while, feel free to bring extra pads, pillows, and blankets to stay comfortable throughout the workshop. We can’t wait to see you there!

Meet Our Facilitators: Sound Healer Kristen Rubis and Yoga Instructor Amanda Lux

Kristen Rubis is a heart-led entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of the My Body My Power Empowerment Movement, dedicated to uplifting girls, women, and nonbinary youth. With nearly three decades in the healing arts, Kristen has seamlessly blended her expertise in sound healing, yoga, and social-emotional education into life-changing programs that foster self-confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.
Through initiatives like My Body My Power, Kristen has empowered over 2,700 teens and tweens since 2007, creating safe spaces for self-discovery and community connection. She also offers transformative sound healing workshops, women’s retreats, and online courses, all designed to inspire authentic self-expression.
Driven by a vision to create a global impact, Kristen continues to expand her programs, develop teacher training curricula, and encourage others to claim their worth and shine their light. Her mission is to spark a legacy of empowerment for generations to come.
