Celebrate the full moon at our cozy candlelight yoga class at 7 pm! This 90-minute class includes all levels yoga, guided yoga nidra meditation, sound healing bowls, mantra and herbal tea led by Michelle Pugh, owner of Joonbug Yoga. The resort supplies some yoga mats for use or bring your own yoga props for additional comfort. Open to everyone!
Cost: Pre-register on the store page/wellness offerings at $20.00 per person on the website or send a Venmo payment to @joonbugyoga or @travelingyogini. No drop-ins - please pre-register due to space limitations. Thanks!
