Learn the foundations of Polarity Somatic Yoga or deepen your existing practice with this new foundational series! *All bodies, abilities, levels etc are welcome. In this practice you are invited to find the variations of each pose that suit you in the moment EXACTLY AS YOU ARE.
For in person classes: I have mats, bolsters, eye pillows, blankets, candles, etc. all you need to bring is yourself!

*These classes are designed for all levels. No experience in yoga or somatics necessary.
In these classes we blend gentle yoga asana or postures with various energy exercises, free movement (a lot like conscious dance) and various trauma informed therapeutic mind-body practices from many disciplines including but not limited to Polarity therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Body Mind Centering, Somatics, and more.
Monday evenings 6:30-8pm in person
