Time: 1:00-3:00 pm
Cost: $75.00 per person. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to The Salmon Center.

Details: Our retreat will be held in the spacious Olympic Ballroom inside of the resort overlooking the beautiful shores of Hood Canal! Fresh herbal tea, infused water and nutritious snacks will be available throughout the retreat.
We start our session with a Spring inspired all levels flow yoga practice and soothing sound bath with healing crystal singing bowls, followed by nutritional tips for Spring, then ease our way into a cozy guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
Our retreat is open to all levels of experience and modifications will be offered throughout the sessions. Everyone is welcome!
Retreat Schedule:
1:00-1:45 pm - Spring Inspired All Levels Flow Yoga and Sound Bath with Michelle Pugh
1:45-2:00 pm - Break
2:00-2:30 pm - Nutritional Yoga Therapy with Rebekah Brems
2:30-3:00 pm - Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation with Camelia Pugh
2 hours of continuing education credits available for registered yoga teachers via Yoga Alliance.
