REST AND RELAX Yoga Nidra and Gong Sound Therapy for relaxation, and mental and physical well-being.
I warmly invite you to come relax and journey with the beautiful healing sounds and vibrations of the gongs and other instruments played by Marisa.
We will begin with Yoga Nidra or Yogic sleep, a state of consciousness induced by a guided meditation, which leaves you between waking and sleep. We then move into the sound journey.
Time: 19:00 SHARP START - 20:15 END
**Please arrive 5 -10 mins before, no late entry because it disturbs the session.
Location: Selsley Scout Headquarters, Selsley, Stroud GL5 5LB
£15 - contribution. To secure your booking, please confirm your attendance via message or email.
Please bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bottle of water - things to keep you warm.
Face covering at your own discretion.
