This day will include restorative yoga, contemplative time in nature, poetry sharing, and yoga nidra which helps us open to the intuitive wisdom thought to lie within the heart’s space. This allows the ideas of “new year resolutions” to come from the wisdom of the heart, rather than the intellect of the head. All are welcome.
