New Year Sound Bath & 1st Full Moon of the year!11:15am-12:30pm, Sunday 4th January

A time to pause as we head into the New Year. Something to look forward to or possibly gift to a loved one.
After the business of the festive season, we find time to rest, reset & bask in the beautiful sound of singing bowls, the voice and other sound healing instruments.
Through inspiration of the winter season, we will draw inwards through gentle breathwork & meditation before settling into a long rest to simply be and receive.
No experience needed, come as you are.
Mats, blankets and bolsters provided.
This is also at the time of the full moon, the first one of the year, a really powerful time to pause and lean into the illumination that this time can offer.
These run monthly, the first Sunday of the month, finding inspiration through each of the seasons, lunar cycles and more.
