Embrace winter's invitation to slow down and join me for an immersion into the healing power of sound. Offering you deep rest and relaxation using the tools of Yoga Nidra, Singing Bowls, Gongs and Chimes. This session will begin with a guided Yoga Nidra, also known as 'Yogic Sleep', allowing you to set your own personal intention or 'San Kalpa' during the gong bath.
The sustained resonance of the gong blossoms into a ‘sound envelope’ around you, allowing you to enter a theta brainwave state and experience a deep sense of peace. The vibrations of the gong work at a cellular level to release stagnant energy and rebalance the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
All mats, blankets and bolsters are provided so all you need to do is lay down, relax and allow the sound waves to move through you. No experience of yoga or mediation are needed.
