About this Event

Where Shavasana ends, Yoga Nidra begins.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a guided practice that invites deep relaxation and supports recalibration of the mind, body, and spirit. It has been shown to help relieve stress and support healing on many levels.

Auricular Acupuncture is a classical medical practice that treats the whole body through points on the ear. The five-point protocol used in this class has been studied and implemented in addiction recovery and other trauma-informed settings worldwide.

Together, these practices offer a clinically effective, cost-efficient, drug-free, and accessible approach to supporting nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing.
