About this Event

The Return of Fantasia: A Cinematic, Interactive Hero’s Journey

The Vision

Step into the Kiva for a two-hour immersion into the architecture of the soul. This is not a passive event, but a participatory ritual of Active Imagination—a unique synthesis of medieval cosmic structure and modern depth psychology. Guided by author, muralist, and harpist Eleanor Elizabeth Yates, we utilize the Kiva as a living atelier to navigate the internal landscape of the Hero within us all.

The Guided Descent and Ascent

As the 27 participants form the circle of the lunar mansions, Eleanor takes her place as the Abhijit Nakshatra—the Pole Star. Like a celestial navigator, she remains the fixed point of light, the Virgil, guiding the group through a landscape of shifting sound and physical motion. This is a kinetic experience; throughout the journey, you will be invited to enact the stories of the Divine Comedy, living out your own life transformation.

The Three-Act Journey

Drawing from the structural genius of Dante’s Divine Comedy and the mythic framework of Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey, we traverse three distinct sonic acts:

 * Act I: Inferno (The Descent): We begin at the "center of gravity," acknowledging the shadows and tethers of life's challenges. Through deep, resonant tones and healing movements, we move through the nine circles of internal stasis, physically navigating the floor to climb to the "flip" where gravity reverses.

 * Act II: Purgatorio (The Refinement): As we emerge from the depths, we engage in an oceanic cleansing of the inherited and accepted scripts that have dictated our movements in the dark. Here, we "un-bind" the spirit, climbing and dancing through seven terraces of refinement—using specific gestures and breath—to shed the weights that keep us from our true nature.

 * Act III: Paradiso (The Expansion): Finally, we take to the mats for a sound bath which ascends us through the celestial spheres and back. Using the keyboard and celestial harp, we enter a realm of total expansion. Here, our sovereign radiance is reclaimed, along with our names and our places in the stars.

The Legend of Sparky

At the heart of this odyssey is the story of Sparky—the divine spark that exists within every human being. Sparky’s journey from a tiny pulse in the dark to a dandelion seed blown across the cosmic ocean, represents our own struggle for form, name, and ultimate liberation. As Sparky navigates and guides us through the storms, we all reclaim our lightness as a superpower rather than a frailty.

The Living Mandala

This experience is limited to exactly 27 participants, representing the 27 Lunar Nakshatras of the Celestial Belt. Each person will have their own island (yoga mat, blanket, and pillow). In the spirit of Carl Jung’s circle of interdependence, every person in the Kiva becomes a vital node in a living mandala. Each becomes part of the journey—humming healing intervals, tapping pressure points, and reclaiming your breath to harmonize the collective field.

The Outcome

You will leave the Kiva with more than just a sense of peace. You will walk away with a Breastplate of Power—a psychic and somatic shield forged in the resonance of the circle’s odyssey. By navigating the "Sound Storm" and integrating the ancient wisdom of the stars, you calibrate your spirit to a frequency of sovereign authority.

Secure your place in the mandala and prepare to navigate the deep.

Event Photos

Eleanor Elizabeth Yates is a multidisciplinary artist and navigator of the Soul-Star. For decades, she served as a public muralist, painting the stories of humanity across more than 20 countries. She is the author of the upcoming novel, The Mansions, a saga following the Glossop family’s transformation from Victorian aristocrats into the Wardens of a New World of Light.

Having translated the visual language of the world’s walls into the vibrational resonance of the harp and piano, Eleanor now serves as a Vega Star guide. Her work is deeply informed by her daily practice of devotion as a dedicated caregiver—a role that grounds her celestial studies in the profound, quiet reality of human service and the endurance of the heart. Combining her deep study of archetypal psychology and Vedic astrology, she creates Cinematic Rituals that bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and future potential. She invites you to the Kiva to reclaim the original, untampered power of your own divine light.

What People Are Saying about Eleanor Elizabeth Yates:

In An Artist and the Light, Eleanor Elizabeth Yates has found a way to fill each page with love and light—the two most powerful forces in the Universe. Her book is a testament to the old saying, ‘The best things come in small packages.’ I highly recommend it!”
