Revive your spark. Reclaim your inner world. Renew your connection to yourself.About this Event
You give a lot. To your kids, your family, your work, your home. Somewhere in the middle of all of that, the connection to yourself, your spark, your inner life, your sense of who you are, can quietly fade into the background.
This afternoon is an invitation to change that. Welcome to the Vibrant Mom Revive and Renewal Retreat!
What if just a few hours could change how you relate to your inner world and leave you feeling replenished from the inside out? Cara Maiolo, Licensed Counselor and Women's Health Specialist, and Nicole Lindstrom, yoga instructor and sound healer, have crafted an experience that revives your body, renews your spirit, and equips your emotional world. Through grounding yoga, restorative sound healing, guided self reflection, and expert wellness education, you'll leave with more than a good feeling. You'll leave with real tools, renewed clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Think of this as planting seeds. A renewal. A beginning.
What you'll experience:
- Grounding yoga and breathwork to arrive fully in your body
- Restorative sound healing to quiet the noise and soften the edges
- Guided self reflection to explore new patterns and perspectives
- A simple, powerful framework for caring for your emotional world with confidence and compassion
- Warm connection with other moms who truly get it
What you'll walk away with:
- A felt sense of deep renewal in your body and your spirit
- Practical tools to reduce stress and overwhelm in everyday motherhood
- A fresh framework for your emotional world that you can return to again and again
- New seeds of intention and a clearer sense of who you're growing into
- A spark you can actually sustain
What makes this unique:
- Led by two specialists whose expertise rarely lives in the same room: a licensed counselor and women's health specialist alongside a yoga instructor and sound healer
- Designed specifically for moms at any stage, whether you're in the thick of early motherhood or navigating the quieter, shifting seasons that come later
- Balances somatic experience with practical education, so you leave both restored and equipped
- Small, intimate gathering with space to breathe, be seen, and actually go inward
This is your permission to pause and carve out the space for yourself. It's about coming home to yourself and leaving with something lasting.
We can't wait to share this afternoon with you.
*Feel free to bring a journal and pen for self-refelection and retreat notes
